What's the difference between vacuum forming and pressure forming?
Vacuum forming uses negative pressure to draw sheet onto a mold β economical, ideal for simpler shapes. Pressure forming adds positive pressure for finer detail and sharper angles. We recommend the right process for your part.
What materials do you offer and how to choose?
We commonly use PETG, PVC, PS, PP, ABS, Kydex. PETG is clear & chemical-resistant (medical), PVC is economical, PP is food-grade & heat-resistant, ABS for tough industrial parts. We suggest the best material for your application, compliance and budget.
What dimensional tolerance can you achieve?
Thin-gauge forming typically reaches Β±0.2mm, heavy-gauge up to Β±0.1mm. Actual tolerance depends on part size, shape and material β we confirm during prototyping.
Do you support low-volume custom orders?
Yes. We understand prototyping and low-volume validation β MOQ is flexible, and we welcome starting with samples or small batches before scaling up.
What is the lead time?
Rapid prototyping typically 3-7 business days; production tooling 7-15 days; mass production depends on volume and process. We state clear lead times at quotation.
